- NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent certification (or close to it)
- 2+ years coaching clients 1-on-1
- A genuine interest in continuous learning — nutrition, movement, behavior change
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Based in Miami or willing to relocate
